You have 14 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return. To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be free from any signs of use, damage, or alteration.
  • A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must accompany the return.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Sale or clearance items (if applicable)
  • Items purchased beyond the specified return window
2. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please follow these steps:

2. Return Authorization: If your request meets our return criteria, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number along with detailed return instructions. Items must not be returned without an RA number.

3. Shipping Your Return: Securely package the item and return it using a trackable shipping service. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or defective.

4. Inspection & Approval: Upon receipt, our team will inspect the item to ensure compliance with return conditions. If approved, we will process your refund or exchange accordingly.

3. Refunds

Refunds are issued after the returned item has been received and inspected. Please allow 7-10 business days for processing.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item was defective or an order processing error occurred.
  • If your order was eligible for free shipping, the standard shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
4. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Our team will guide you through the exchange process.

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs associated with exchanges, unless the item was received damaged or defective.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please notify us immediately at info@jackascre.com. Depending on the circumstances, we will arrange for a replacement, exchange, or full refund.

To expedite the resolution process, kindly include clear photos of the damaged or defective item in your email.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order has been dispatched, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure successful delivery. In the event of a lost or stolen package, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance. Unfortunately, Jackascre.com is unable to accept liability for lost or stolen shipments once they are in transit.
